Renovation of a mixed-use development in Nashville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and laboratory facility.
Work of the Project includes, but is not limited, to the following: Replace existing 208 volt utility transformer with larger 480 volt transformer, and refeed chiller serving building no. 1, via stepdown transformer. Provide 480 volt power for twelve new welding booths, twelve new welders, and 208 volt power for six exhaust fans in welding lab located in building no.1. The project will be constructed under one (1) bid package. The bid package includes furnishing all labor, material and equipment required to complete the work summarized in the following listed scope of work. All work shall be performed in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by Hurst-Rosche, Inc. The Contractor shall review all drawings and specifications to verify and confirm the work involved in the bid package. Drawings and specifications are to be used as a whole, do not rely on select drawings and specifications.
