Annual Materials Contract. The Town of Paxton will receive sealed bids for furnishing materials as needed for the yearly period from 7/1/22 - 6/30/23. The bids are for the following materials only: (1) Washed Sand; (2) Washed Stone; and (3) Bank Gravel. The contract(s) will be awarded on an item-by-item basis to the responsible and eligible bidder(s) offering the lowest price for each item. The Town of Paxton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and call for new bids. Bids shall be evaluated based on responsiveness to the criteria, terms and conditions contained in this IFB and its attachments. Failure to follow the instructions, meet the criteria, or agree to the terms and conditions contained in this IFB may be cause for rejection of the bid as non-responsive.
