Site work for a road / highway in Kingston, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to enter into an agreement to provide and install roadside guardrail and posts for Roane County, Tennessee. The Roane County Purchasing Department is requesting sealed bids for the purchase, delivery, and/or installation of new and used roadside guardrail and posts in various amounts, on an as needed basis, that meet current Tennessee Department of Transportation specifications in effect at the time of delivery. This contract shall primarily be for the HighwayDepartment; however, the pricing and services shall also be extended to all Roane County departments. The projects as they arise will vary in price. Some projects may be over $25,000 which will require a contractor's license. Projects over $25,000 may require a performance and payment bond. The right is reserved, as the interest of the Roane County may require, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. Roane County reserves the right to make an award on all items or on any of the items and for an item quantity less than the quantity bid upon unless qualified by specific limitation of the bidder.
