Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a pre-engineered storage facility in Halfway, Oregon. Completed plans call for the addition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

Scope of Work: Addition of approximately 45' x 20' insulated building space to front of bays 1-3 of bus barn. Pour additional 7" x 20' x 40' concrete floor in bay #1 to match floor height in bays 2 &3. Demo and remove existing interior wall between bay 1 and bay 2. Demo and remove existing front wall across bay 1,2 and 3. Addition of approximately 20' x 48' concrete pad/apron in front of bays 4-7. Frame and finish all bays for new roll up doors. Only quotes from contractors licensed to work in Oregon will be accepted. Contractor is responsible for confirming dimensions. Contractor must provide appropriate permits and call for inspections. Contractor shall separate labor and materials quote for bays 1-3 from bays for 4-7. Bid shall include a statement of compliance with ORS. 279C.838 Criteria for awarding quote will take into account price as well as any other applicable factors such as, but not limited to, experience, specific expertise, availability, project understanding, contractor capacity and responsibility.
