With Addendums still being prepared Pine Eagle will postpone the Pine Eagle Subdivision bid closing from Thursday April 11 to Wednesday April 24, 2024 at 3:30 pm PST. Scope of Work Utilities Pine Eagle is looking for competent bidders to install all water and sewer lines as well as fire hydrants for seven residential lots. Power conduits will be installed as specified by Idaho Power engineers. Fiber will be installed by local phone company in the same trench as water and power. Roadways Preparation and construction of roadways as designed and specified in bid packet. Wages must be prevailing wage as posted in the January 5, 2024 Prevailing wage rates amendment for public works contracts in Oregon. Bid shall include a statement of compliance with ORS. 279C.838. Work may begin as soon as weather permits in 2024 and must be completed by August 29, 2024 Criteria for awarding bid will take into account price as well as any other applicable factors such as, but not limited to, experience, specific expertise, availability, project understanding, contractor capacity and responsibility.
