Phone: (541) 574-1212 ablair@co.lincoln.or.us Lincoln County is soliciting bids for overlaying 0.85 miles of S.E. 35th Street (County Road Number 513). The road is located near Newport, Oregon. Estimated Project cost is $238,000. Contract to be completed by June 21st, 2024. Anticipated Notice to Proceed date is June 3rd, 2024. Signed copies of the addendums and clarifications must be attached to the bid submittal at the time of bid opening. Failure to include all posted addendums or clarifications will be cause to reject the bid. Pursuant to ORS 279C.370 bidders are required to disclose information about certain first-tier subcontractors, either in the bid submission envelope or within two (2) working hours after bid closing. The bidder must comply as applicable with ORS 279C.800 through ORS279C.870 or 40 USC 276a. Each bidder must complete the Residency Statement included in the Bid Form. Bidders shall be currently registered with the Construction Contractors Board (CCB), holding the proper registration for the work contemplated herein, at the time of submittal. All Subcontractors participating in the project shall be similarly registered with the CCB at the time they propose to engage in subcontract work.
