**As of July 16, 2024 project was awarded but awarded amount is not available.** Replacement of 2 Tides Parole and Probation Housing Facility Siding and Painting Brief Description of Work to Be Performed: the Proposed Work Generally Consists of Furnishing All Labor, Equipment, Materials, and Supervision for the Replacement 2 Tides Parole and Probation Housing Facility Siding and Painting, Located at 201 Nw 3rd Street, Newport, or 97365 and 211 Nw 3rd Street, Newport, or 97365. CONTRACTOR agrees to complete the work by October 30th. 2024. Remove all trim and siding from building and haul away. Replace all dryer vents. Install vaper barrier around complete structure. Install vaper barrier tape around all windows. Install James Hardie 5/4 x 4 outside corners. Install James Hardie 2x2 interior corners. Install James Hardie 5/4 x 4 window and door trims. Install James Hardie mounting blocks for all light and electrical outlets. Install James Hardie lap siding with 7 inch reveal. Caulk along all windows, doors, trims, and sofits. Paint building with Sherwin William's Latitude color SW6142. No exceptions with paint brand or color. All flashing and fasteners to be Stainless Steel. Final cleanup. -Remove existing layers of old siding, down to existing sheathing. Install new lap siding and trim. Paint houses; Dispose of all materials in accordance with state and local laws at an approved disposal site. Estimated budget of $120,000 to $220,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
