Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Newport, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

This RFP will result in the award of a Contract to the selected CM/GC to provide Pre-Construction Services as part of the Project Design Team (including CLPUD and Architect). If the CM/GC Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Project construction is acceptable to CLPUD, CLPUD will amend the Contract to include that work. CLPUD may reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of CLPUD if it is in the best public interest to do so. Central Lincoln People's Utility District (CLPUD) is requesting proposals from qualified, experienced Construction Manager/General Contractors (CM/GC) to provide services associated with the design and construction of a proposed new headquarters building in Newport, Oregon. The RFP may be obtained from the Purchasing Department at Central Lincoln People's Utility District, 2129 North Coast Highway, Newport, Oregon or by calling 541-574-2063.
