Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Newport, Oregon. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.
As of 4/26/24, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded 5/6/24. The Project Consists of the Demolition of Five Buildings on Three Separate Sites. One Building Requires Abatement for Asbestos Containing Materials. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Work will be substantially completed within 90 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 120 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run
