Contractor shall perform a visual inspection of approximately 13,600 meter base to identify any visible defects, such as holes, poorly secured components, and enclosed conditions located from Lincoln Beach down to the Yaquina Bay Bridge and East to Toledo, Oregon. Our primary objective is to assess the condition of these meter bases and determine their pass or fail status based on predetermined criteria. This inspection will not require the exposure to any energized electrical equipment or open any energized electrical equipment. The District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the District if it is in the public interest to do so.
