As of August 24,2022, This project has been awarded to Alva Waste, with the awarded amount of $70,905 The Selectboard voted to award Alva Waste the following: o Compactor: $30,855 o Installation: $4,500 o Concrete Pad: $24,000 o Receiver Box: $11,550 Total: $70,905. The Town of Weathersfield is seeking sealed bids on a stationary compactor, as specified, installation of the compactor, and replacement of the concrete pad, with delivery to the Transfer Station located at 5024 VT-106, Perkinsville, VT 05151. The bid price shall include charges for freight, delivery, setup, etc. Questions relating to these specifications may be directed to Brandon Gulnick, Town Manager of Weathersfield at (802) 674-2626, or townmanager@weathersfield.org. Awards: July 5, 2022 at 06:30pm Prompt delivery of the selected equipment is essential. Bidder shall indicate on the bid form the certified delivery date for completion of the delivery (before August 31, 2022). The Town reserves the right: To accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part and to accept other than the lowest price proposal.
