Includes the installation of concrete footings and foundation, sanitary lateral, water service, 975 tons of asphaltic concrete parking lot paving, asphaltic pathway paving, concrete pavement erosion and sediment control measures, restoration of disturbed areas and miscellaneous appurtenance required to complete construction. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The Village of Mukwonago reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to Village of Mukwonago at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to Village of Mukwonago equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to Village of Mukwonago as liquidated damages.
