The snow removal contract will be for three years. Your company is bidding to provide plowing and ice control for the Mukwonago High School and Park View Middle school for the 2022/23 school year. The awarded contract will be for a three-year term. The Mukwonago Area School District reserves the right to terminate services with the awarded Contractor should the Contractor not perform duties described in these specifications. During the snow plowing season, MASD would provide a letter of non-performance of the specifications, and the Contractor would have 14 days to comply with corrections. Should corrections not be made satisfactorily to the Mukwonago School District, a letter of termination will be sent by Certified mail to the Contractor. If unsatisfactory performance through-out the season is documented with inappropriate response to concerns, MASD reserves the right to cancel the contract. This document is a part of the final contract with the Contractor. These projects are not prevailing wage. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids or any bid or to waive and irregularities in any bid, or to accept any bid which will best serve the interest of the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the bid opening. Bid bonds and performance bonds are not required.
