The firm is required to perform a review of environmental documents, preparation of preliminary plans and working drawings for construction, cost estimates, specifications, bid assistance, permitting, public communications materials, environmental compliance support, monitoring support, geotechnical testing, surveying, FEMA compliant hydraulic modeling, real estate acquisition support, construction support, and development of a technical review team. All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California. The estimated cost of construction for the project $ 1,500,000.00.
