The City's most recent paving plan was finalized in February of 2008 and is available as an attachment for review. The City would like to update our current paving plan, update our network wide PCI ratings, assemble a comprehensive roadway rating and ranking system, update our five year paving plan, and update the City's paving specification. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
