Renovation of a multi-residential development in Burlington, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Burlington Housing Authority (BHA) is seeking qualified vendors to provide Membrane Roofing Replacement services on 10-20 North Champlain Street in Burlington, as outlined in the scope of work/specifications. All bids must be accompanied by a negotiable bid guarantee which shall not be less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. The bid guarantee may be a certified check, bank draft, U.S. Government Bonds at par value, or a bid bond secured by a surety company acceptable to the U.S. Government and authorized to do business in the state where the work is to be performed. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish an assurance of completion in the form of a performance and payment bond for 100 percent of the contract price or, as may be required by law or, a separate performance and payment bond, each for 50 percent or more of the contract price. All inquiries regarding this RFP shall be submitted via email to Jeffrey Metcalf, Director of Asset Management at Burlington Housing Authority at jmetcalf@burlingtonhousing.org on or before 2:00 p.m. June 6th , 2022. A response from BHA to all inquiries shall be Posted on the BHA Website in the section labeled Bid Opportunities and sent via email no later than June 10th, 2022.
