Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Thomasville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Scope: Provide all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work to construct improvements to Felix, Allen, Willis, Burns, Plain, Forrest, Bay, and Festus St. The improvements are resurfacing, curb and gutter installations, stormwater drainage improvements, water main replacement, & sewer rehabilitation. Time for completion is 320 consecutive calendar days. The purpose of this meeting is to review the requirements of the CDBG program relating to Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968 & the requirements of the project. Attendance is not mandatory but encouraged. This project is covered under the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968. This contract opportunity is a Section 3 Covered Contract and Section 3 Business Concerns are urged to apply. If a bidder wishes to claim Section 3 preference, signed Section 3 documents MUST be submitted with the bid. No bids may be withdrawn after receipt, for a period of 60 days. This is a Federal funded project and federal wage rates will apply. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, to re-advertise, or to award the contract in the best interest of the City.
