The City of Thomasville is requesting the submittal of REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) from qualified VENDORS interested in providing Right of Way Lawn Maintenance Services for the City. You are invited to submit a proposal. Please structure your proposal in accordance with the requirements and specifications outlined in this Request for Proposal. Any deviations, additions or deletions should be so noted. Your proposal should address the issues and requirements order as outlined on the following pages. The City of Thomasville is seeking proposals, with the intent to secure a one (1) year contract with the option to renew for four(4) additional one-year periods for a total of five years, for lawn maintenance services. This will include grass cutting, trimming, edging, limb, debris & pinecone removal, pruning, maintenance of existing grass and naturalized areas, removal of grass clippings from hard surfaces and trash/litter removal. Written clarification requests and a list of unmaintainable areas must be submitted no later than July 5, 2022.
