The City desires to work with an architect or architectural firm with a strong record of successfully assisting local governments with public improvements with funding, potentially, from federal-aid money. Proposers should be licensed in the State of Georgia. The City reserves the right to waive non-compliance with any requirements of this Request for Proposals and to reject any or all proposals submitted in responses. Upon review of responses, the City will determine the proposal that in the sole judgment of the City is in the best interest of the City (if any is so determined), with respect to the evaluation criteria stated herein.
