Site work and new construction of a conference / convention center in Georgetown, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the construction of a 44,000-square-foot, three-story above grade conference / convention center.
Construction of a new business park (Georgetown Cleantech) to facilitate the development and production of sustainable technologies. The proposed Cleantech Learning and Innovation Centre will be 44,000 sq. ft. in size and also accommodate office space for PEI Energy Corporation, PEI Cleantech Alliance, and Graduate Pods & Incubation Space. The facility will be a fully electrical building to to reduce the production of greenhouse gases. This will be a Net Zero ready facility with a maximum targeted Energy Use Intensity (EUI) of 110 kWh/sq.m. Tender documents are available at https://www.princeedwardisland.ca/en/tenders.
