The work of this contract involves all the provision of refrigeration equipment for a new Curling Rink building located in Mill River, including but not limited to: .1 Offsite manufacture of a packaged refrigeration system in compliance with the specification. .2 Delivery of the refrigeration system to the site in secured crating, turning the package over to future Contract #3 for integration into the building systems. .3 Provision of all remote technical support as needed by contract #3 to facilitate field installation (placement, mechanical and electrical connections, glycol charging). .4 Provision of start-up services and charging of refrigerant (as a separate price - to be carried by Contract #3) .5 Provision of onsite training services in the use of the refrigeration system (as a separate price to be carried by Contract #3) .6 Note: Contract #2 will include the refrigeration equipment and Contract #3 will include the remainder of the project.
