Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Bloomfield Station, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the construction of a 750-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Scope of Work: 1. Patch any asphalt paving disturbed by trenching. 2. Erect temporary snow fence to enclose the site. 3. Perform all work to complete the construction of the Mobile Classroom Building including the exterior steps and ramp as described in the Architectural Drawings. 4. Perform all mechanical work as described in the Mechanical Drawings. 5. Perform all Electrical work as described in the Electrical Drawings. 6. Finish grade around building and seed. Reinstate any grassed areas disturbed during the work. 7. Construct asphalt walkway connecting existing school entrance to new stairs/ramp Any additional information can be obtained by contacting Arber Capo, at 902-218-1674 or fax 902-569-0590. A Bid Bond equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the Tender amount and a Letter of Surety from a bonding company guaranteeing to supply a Performance Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total contract amount and a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total contract amount.
