Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the construction of a 133,000-square-foot, five-story above grade educational facility.
Construction of a School of Medicine to be built on vacant land on the school's north side, behind the Alumni Hall on University Ave. The first phase of the project will see the construction of the five-storey medical building. The facility will also house the expanded UPEI Health and Wellness Centre, which will transition to a patient medical home and on-site psychology clinic that will add much needed capacity to Prince Edward Island's healthcare system. TIMELINE: Construction is underway. *Engineering consultants have not been released for publication.
