Saving Project...

Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Luray, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.

Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price will be required for the successful Contractor.
