MONROE COUNTY WEATHERIZATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Monroe (RDA) is seeking proposals to conduct the following provision of services within Monroe County, PA: Conduct Quality Control Inspections for the Monroe County Weatherization Assistance Program The Scope of Work under the proposed Contract includes initial QCI inspection, follow-up visits, and reporting and documentation along with availability and staffing to perform and complete QCI s throughout the entire Monroe County area. Selection of a provider/providers will be at the sole discretion of the RDA. The RDA reserves the right to reject any or all bids of parts thereof, to waive any technicalities in bidding, and to award a contract it deems in the interest of the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Monroe. The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Monroe is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Monroe County Weatherization Program is fully supported by grant funds that are administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (PaDCED). The RDA encourages the participation of Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women Business Enterprises (WBE) and Section 3 residents and businesses.
