Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.
The Monroe County Conservation District is requesting bids for building demolition, asbestos abatement and site restoration for a farmhouse and two (2) outbuilding at the District's property at 8073 Running Valley Road. By making a Bid on this Project, the bidder represents that the bidder has examined the properties in question. The property will be open for inspection by appointment. Contact the District schedule the inspection during normal business hours. Any questions about the meaning or intent of the specifications must be submitted in writing up to three business days prior to the opening of the proposals. Clarification Deadline: 7/18/2022 12:00 AM The bidder who is awarded the contract shall provide: W-9-Request for Tax Identification Number Copy of Insurance naming Monroe County Conservation District, Monroe County, and Hamilton Township as additionally insured in the limits specified in Appendix A All work to be completed under this proposal shall be completed no later than November 18, 2022.
