For all labor, material and services necessary for the: West Licking Joint Fire District New Fire Station 404 Pataskala, Ohio, 43068 all in accordance with documents and any addenda thereto, prepared by Moody Nolan Inc., Architects for said work. Bidders shall note that the Prevailing Wage Rates published by the Department of Labor are to be complied with throughout the project. Bidders shall also note that the Rules and Regulations on Equal Employment Opportunity (Executive Order 11246 and 11375) shall be made a part of this contract. Each bidder must insure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. Estimate of base bid construction is $5,000,000. Owner is responsible for tap fees, permit fees and aid to construction. Project is tax exempt. A single contract will be awarded for this Project. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
