**As of August 12,2022, project was awarded to Inliner Solutions, LLC, awarded amount is $563,049.75.** Marabar Heights Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation All questions about the project shall be directed, in writing to Jem Shaffer, with EMH&T, via email at jshaffer@emht.com. The work for which bids are being accepted for the Base Bid consists of over 6,700 linear feet of cured in place pipe, 15 linear feet of open cut point repair and over 350 vertical feet of manhole rehabilitation. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. This is a prevailing wage project. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best bidder for each contract. The completion of work for Base Bid shall be 150 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
