The Landscaping Services Contract for 2023-2024 shall be in effect until December 31, 2024. Growing conditions will determine actual start date, or as directed by the CITY. Grounds maintenance operations will be performed for the following locations: street landscape treatment located along both sides of Main Street in Reynoldsburg, Ohio beginning at the West corporation limit and ending at the Main Street Bridge over Blacklick Creek. This includes the mulched area from the curb to the decorative brick wall and behind the wall. This also includes any and all treatments at intersections of streets. Taylor Road SW Ext. treatment from Taylor Rd SW Ext. and State Route 256 to Reagan Road on the north side of Taylor Rd. Ext. and to Banks Edge Way on the south side of Taylor Rd. Ext. This includes the center median on Taylor Rd. Ext. Specific boundary information can be requested by submitting a written explanation request, in accordance with all parameters described herein. Each bid shall contain the full name and address of each person or company interested in the same and shall be accompanied by a combination bid guarantee and contract bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid, or by a certified check, cashier's check or irrevocable letter of credit for ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the City of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, conditioned that the bid is accepted, a Contract will be entered into within 30 days after notice of acceptance. A performance bond and a payment bond of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the contract with a satisfactory surety company, conditioned according to law, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract.
