Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Quinault, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of demolishing and disposing of the existing toilet (comfort station) building, installing a new 4-unit precast concrete flush toilet with chase, installing new fiberglass walk-in enclosure, installation of concrete sidewalks surrounding the new toilet, and installing new underground utilities and re-locating salvaged pump station control panels.
