The Village of Chevy Chase Section 3 is a residential community bounded on the west by Connecticut Avenue, on the east by Brookville Road, on the north by Taylor Street and the no outlet streets and on the South by Bradley Lane. Landscape Services Bid Package for Services from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025 The contract provides for services over a 10 month period from July through December with no services in January and February for a period of 3 years with the option to extend the contract for another two years. Bidders should be cognizant of the fact that we are a small community (only 1/10th of a sq. mile) with extraordinarily narrow streets--most are only 16' wide and we allow parking on one side of the street. Large trucks and trailers cannot navigate the turning radius of our streets. Any false or misleading information is a ground for the Village to reject a bid or to terminate this Contract and to pursue any other appropriate remedy. The Contractor certifies that its accounting system conforms to generally-accepted accounting principles, is sufficient to comply with the Contract's budgetary and financial obligations, and is sufficient to produce reliable financial information.
