The District Board of Trustees of Lake-Sumter State College, located at 9501 U.S Hwy 9501, Leesburg, Florida 34788, in accordance with Florida Statutes and State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF) guidelines, requests applications from firms interested in prequalifying for Construction Projects of Various Dollar Levels. Companies, Joint Ventures, Minority/Women Owned and/or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises licensed as contractors in the State of Florida intending to compete for future College projects must apply. Firms will be prequalified on an annual basis and only those firms will be invited to submit for future projects. Applications for Certification as a Prequalified Construction Contractor may be downloaded or requested electronically by contacting the College's Purchasing Office at purchasing@lssc.edu or (352) 365-3502.
