The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from interested and experienced firms to provide professional services to update the City`s Comprehensive Plan. The Comprehensive Plan the City is currently operating under was adobe in December 10, 2012. The City Commission desires to update this plan to accommodate current City land use needs and land development that is, and will be taking place. Questions must be submitted through electronically. All responses by the City to questions submitted prior to the deadline will be made electronically. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
