SUBMISSION GUARANTEE The tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to 10% of the amount of the tender. - When the tender is transmitted on paper, this tender guarantee must be presented in the form of a bond, irrevocable letter of guarantee, certified cheque, money order or draft and comply with the conditions mentioned in the article "Tender guarantee of the Instructions to Bidders . - When the tender is transmitted electronically, this tender guarantee must be presented in the form of a bond or an irrevocable letter of guarantee and comply with the conditions mentioned in the "Tender guarantee" article of the Instructions to tenderers .
