The City of Tamarac is hereby requesting bids from qualified Contractors for construction of the Citywide Buffer Walls Phase VI Project, Bid No. 22-10B. The Project is generally located on the North side of Prospect Road from 250' west of NW 15th Ave to 50' west of NW 19th Way, Tamarac, Florida. The work shall include, but not limited to, site preparation, demolition, construction of a new pre-cast concrete buffer wall system (both full concrete panels and wrought iron fence design) and associated work, grading, curbing, concrete work, sidewalks construction, ADA curb ramps, tree removal/protection, utility relocations, coordination of private utilities relocations, coordination with Broward County, restoration, and sod installation. The work shall include all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete this project, as indicated in the Special Conditions, Special Provisions, Project Design Plans, Technical Specifications, and Bid No. 22-10B Documents herein, along with all engineering, shop drawing, and other documentation necessary to obtain all applicable permits and all bonds, securities, licenses, and insurance to complete the project as specified herein and within the Project Design Plans. All proposed improvements shall be completed in accordance with the project bid documents, design plans, details, technical specifications / scope of work and all applicable federal, state, county, and local regulatory requirements.
