Renovation of a municipal facility in Frankfort, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Bird Control and New Netting The Finance and Administration, Department for Facilities and Support Services is seeking quotes to remove old netting and install new netting for bird control. The perimeter canopy of the CHR building provides an ideal location for birds to nest. Droppings, nesting materials, and dead birds are often present underneath in foot traffic areas underneath the canopy. Bidders will need to provide quotes to remove existing netting and nests, sanitization of the of the canopy area, and installation new netting to prevent future nesting. All materials and equipment shall be provided by the vendor. Old netting and nests must be disposed of by the vendor. Netting Materials should include zippers or hooks to provide easy access to light fixtures and to allow for maintenance of the canopy. All work performed must be warrantied for one year after installation date. The awarded vendor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance prior to the start of work
