The source(s) of funds for this RFP may include, but may not necessarily be limited to, General Funds. The estimated LAHD budget for the first year of each contract is $150,000 for Prevailing Wage Compliance and $160,000 for Cost Estimating Services; with additional funding to be determined on a year-by-year basis. All funding is subject to availability of funds. The initial contract shall commence on or about May 1, 2023 for three years commencing from the effective date of the contract, subject to the availability of funds on an annual basis, contractors continuing compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local government legislation, an evaluation of contractors performance, and approval by the Mayor and City Council.
