Rubino Report No. G21.142 The project bids are invited upon constructing the following: The Work of this Contract is generally described as construction of electrical distribution system improvements, including, but not limited to sitework, yard piping, structural, architectural, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and instrumentation and control work. Paper sets of the project documents will not be made available. It follows the Elgin Responsible Bidders Ordinance and Elgin Residency Requirements. BID REJECTION/ACCEPTANCE: The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive informalities in bidding, or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serves the interests of the Owner. BID WITHDRAWAL: No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the scheduled opening of the bids without the consent of Owner.
