**As of September, 26. 2022, project was awarded toBenchmark Construction Co., Inc awarded amount $1,088,524.** The Project includes installation of approximately 152 lineal feet of 8-inch diameter HDPE and its appurtenances within 24-inch diameter steel casing pipe via open cut beneath the Fox River. The project will require installation of a temporary cofferdam and connect the end of previously installed 8-inch diameter HDPE approximately 240 lineal feet from the west bank of the river to the FRWRD Albin D. Pagorski water reclamation facility. Bids will be received on a unit price basis. Bidders shall be qualified to do business and licensed in accordance with all applicable laws of the state and local governments where the Project is located. Bids received from Bidders who are not recorded by Owner as having received the Bid Documents will not be opened. Bid security in the form of a certified or bank cashiers check or a Bid Bond by such sureties as are named in the current list of Companies Holding Certificates of Authority as Acceptable Sureties on Federal Bonds and as Acceptable Reinsuring Companies as published in Circular 570 (amended) by the Financial Management Service, Surety Bond Branch, U.S. Department of the Treasury in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall be in accordance with the Bid Documents. OWNERS RIGHT TO REJECT The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive irregularities therein, and all Bidders shall agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the Owner for any damage or claim brought by any Bidder because of such rejections, nor shall the Bidders seek any recourse of any kind against the Owner because of such rejections. The filing of any Bid in response to this invitation shall constitute an agreement of the Bidder to these conditions.
