Site work, paving and new construction of a fire / police facility in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 57,036-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; and for paving for a fire / police facility.
As of December 26th, 2024 construction work on this project finished in October 0f 2024. A. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Project consists of the construction of a 57,038 square-foot building to house the police department, including all associated site work. B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract with the Construction Manager. 2. See Division 01 Section "Multiple Contract Summary" for a description of work included under each of the subcontracts and for the responsibilities of the Project Manager. The work includes two separate bid packages - Private work and Public Road work for site packages. All divisions of work being solicited at this time include: [earthwork, site utilities, site concrete, landscaping & irrigation, asphalt paving, precast structures, structural steel, misc. steel, cold formed walls, air barriers, roofing and sheet metal, glass and glazing, automatic entrances, studs and gypsum board, painting, carpet and resilient flooring, ceramic tile, suspended ceiling, signage, detention equipment, elevators, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical work.
