Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum; for site work for a museum; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project includes selective demolition, the construction of a parking lot, curbs, concrete and asphalt sidewalks, pavement striping and markings, site grading, storm water management, erosion and sediment control and associated work. The work will be divided into multiple Prime Construction Contracts as follows: 1. General Building Construction 2. Mechanical Construction 3. Electrical Construction 4. Plumbing & Fire Protection Construction 5. Elevator Construction Please note, bidders proposing to submit a bid on this project are required to be pre-qualified in accordance with Ordinance 162 and 167, by submitting a Contractor Responsibility Certification Form at least 14 calendar days prior to the specified bid submission date.
