Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Mission, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 13,078-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
The City of Mission requests Submissions from firms with expertise in construction management and general contracting to provide construction management Services for the pre-construction, construction and post-construction phases of a daycare and office building located at 33083 Tunbridge Ave, Mission. The Project is a two-storey building with a surface parking lot and outdoor playground and the total gross floor area for the Project is approximately 1200m2. The main floor of the building will be the daycare and associated outdoor spaces. The building design has been developed in consultation with the Mission Association of Community Living (MACL) as MACL will be the end user and operate the daycare and office space. The Project will be a Group A, Division 2 Occupancy, daycare, on the first floor with D occupancy, offices on the second floor.
