Renovation of a mixed-use development in La Place, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project will consist of, but is not necessarily limited to, all of the work as specified herein and as indicated and/or implied on the complete set of Bid Documents dated June 8, 2022. This project includes, but is not limited to, the complete roof replacement of the entire Main School Building including the installation of a galvanized structural metal deck, exterior/interior hurricane repairs, some interior gypsum board replacement and painting, replacement of damaged exterior metal wall panels, interior suspended ceiling tile replacement, the replacement of some suspended ceiling grid, replacement of interior fiberglass batt insulation, demolition and replacement of the Kitchen Walk in Cooler and Walk in Freezer, professional waxing of all vinyl tile floors, new stage curtain and valence, professional Restroom cleaning, the re-lamping of all interior ceiling light fixtures, installation of new fencing around the existing Mechanical Yard, pressure washing of all exterior brickon the building and concrete walkway paving, repairs to the backflow preventer, as well as other repair items as noted in the Bid Documents. The scope of work shall include but not be limited to new wind rated sloped roof system replacement including new metal flashings, new fascia, new replacement gutters and downspouts, etc. ANY PERSON REQUIRING SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS SHALL NOTIFY THE OWNER OF THE TYPE(S) OF ACCOMMODATION REQUIRED NOT LESS THAN SEVEN (7) DAYS BEFORE THE BID OPENING.
