The Narragansett Bay Commission (NBC) invites qualified respondents to submit bids for improvements to a wet well isolation gate and associated concrete wall located in the Reservoir Avenue Pumping Station, located at 360 Reservoir Avenue Providence Rhode Island. The work included in this project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform work per the following specifications. The deadline for questions pertaining to this Request for Bids should be e-mailed to Michael Caruolo at mcaruolo@narrabay.com by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday June 29, 2022. Written clarifications or interpretations will be issued by addenda. Only questions answered by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other clarifications or interpretations will be without legal effect. Addenda will be emailed to all parties recorded as being interested in the project. The successful bidder must furnish a 100% performance bond. The bond must be from a company licensed to do business in the State of Rhode Island. Bidder must furnish a bid bond or certified check for 3% of the bid in the amount stated. The NBC reserves the right to request additional data or information after the submittal date and to reject any or all submittals and not award based upon this Request for Bid or publish a new Request for Bid for all or a portion of the same services if deemed necessary.
