Proposals must be on forms provided by the Borough. All Bids shall be clearly marked "2022 Bituminous Paving". This is not a mandatory meeting however this is the only field view to be conducted by the Municipality and only questions presented at this meeting will be addressed prior to award unless the Municipality feels additional items or explanations need to be presented. After the pre-bid meeting these will be in the form of a written notice to all bidders.
