Site work for a water / sewer project in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Replacement of an existing bed, 3240 square ft, of a sand mound sewage system and installation of effluent filters on 5 septic tanks. 20 inches of certified sand, 10 inches of certified 2b stone and 12 inches of clean topsoil required with certification sheets. Awarded contractor will meet with township SEO prior to start of project. Original septic system design will be provided for interested bidders. Project to be completed within 30 days of award of contract. Performance bond in the amount of 10% of total project cost and payment bond of 100% of project cost to be furnished to the township within 20 days of award of contract.
