Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sunset, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for construction of the above project; consisting of but not limited to the following items of work: mobilization; rough and fine grading of the site, installation of irrigation system; installation of privacy slats in the existing fencing; installation and connection of power meter and electrical supply lines; installation of concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, handicap ramps, and concrete pads; installation of asphalt walking path; installation of landscaping improvements including vegetation; installation of water feature; installation of parking lot with striping and messages; and all appurtenant work in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Engineer, CEC, Civil Engineering Consultants, PLLC. BID SECURITY: All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid price, drawn payable to the order of Owner noted herein. BID GUARANTEE: All Bids submitted shall be in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall be guaranteed by the Bidder for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of Bid Opening. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make award or refuse in the interest of the Owner. PROJECT CONTRACT TIME: All proposed work contained in the contract documents shall be completed by 31st October 2022. It is anticipated that this project will be awarded on Tuesday, 5th July 2022. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: Liquidated damages or project delay charges will be issued for work not completed on time per the contract documents.
