Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Tridell, Utah. Working plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center; for the construction of a fire / police facility; fire / police facility; and clubhouse / community center.
The Uintah Fire District is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for a Construction Manager/General Contractor service for the Tridell Fire Station/Community Center. Uintah Fire District reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs and further reserve the right to waive any minor irregularities associated with any SOQs received. The successful awardees will be responsible for compliance with all applicable Federal and State Requirements and must be an equal employment opportunity employer.
