Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Lehi, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Lehi City is seeking proposals from a professional, Utah licensed General Contractor as a Consultant to conduct preconstruction services of Station 84. The approximate 2.1 acre site is located near the corner of 1500 North and 3600 West on city-owned property that was recently rezoned as Public Facilities (PF). Station 84 will be fronting along 1500 North with the adjacent parcels to the west and south also owned by Lehi City. Lehi City has retained the services of Blalock and Partners for design management. All questions should be received two (2) working days prior to the RFP due date. We expect that the Preconstruction Services for this project will be wrapped up by the first part of November 2022.
