Renovation of a power facility in Lehi, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
Question Submission Close Date 6/28/2022 3:00 PM MDT The project will include implementing and testing a new SCADA master station, 2 substation control screens, with training and support for the remaining 8. The new master station will interface through a leased fiber network to a Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) Real Time Automation Controller (RTAC) at each location. New system server located at Lehi Power facility. Current system information: Milsoft Outage management system DNP3 protocol ACS software (current provider) Leased fiber network to each location Ubiquiti managed network switches Schweitzer Engineering Labradorites Real Time Automated Controller (RTU) Sensus AMI system Lehi City is seeking a professional team to complete all aspects of the project required in the attached documents. The attached documents will be the guide for the project and all aspects of those documents need to be taken into account when responding to this RFP. The project management team will be expected to communicate regularly with city staff, including on-site meetings at the Lehi's power facility, to successfully complete a design that meets the city's goals and objectives.
